Acceptance of risks
By registering with Club Sagacité, you have taken cognizance of the nature of the activity and the type of events organized by Club Sagacité and/or Musique Moonshine, which involve the practice of artistic and sports activities, and are aware that by participating in them you are exposing yourself to risks of injury.
You acknowledge and accept that you have chosen to access the site and/or participate in Club Sagacité and/or Musique Moonshine events with full knowledge of these risks.
Waiver of all claims for property damage
In addition to your acceptance of the risks, you waive any recourse for any material damage you may suffer on the site and/or during your participation in one or more of the events sanctioned by Club Sagacité and/or Moonshine Music, whether such material damage is caused by an accident, the fault of a third party or otherwise. This waiver benefits Club Sagacité and/or Musique Moonshine, its administrators, employees, members and assigns, as well as the promoters, participants, facilitators, speakers, sponsors, advertisers or any other individual or legal entity involved in carrying out the activity, setting it up or promoting it.

- Be respectful of the club space and its equipment, recognizing the shared nature of these resources during opening hours.
- Access to the club space during member hours is a privilege reserved exclusively for registered members. Members are to be mindful of this before inviting visitors.
- Inspire skill sharing and mentorship among members, fostering an environment of continuous growth.
- Promptly communicate any concerns to the staff upon their arrival and report safety issues without delay.
- Designated smoking areas are situated outside the club space.
- Our personnel and staff stand ready to guide you creatively and connect you with mentors. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you seek such guidance.
- Uphold a standard of cleanliness and order; take responsibility for cleaning up after yourself and ensuring to leave the space in the state you found it.
- Acknowledge that personal conflicts may arise; commit to healthy conflict resolution for a positive community environment.
- While our space is open to all, our commitment and mission prioritizes Afro-descendant individuals and marginalized identities.
- The organization maintains the right to terminate memberships at its discretion, upholding the integrity and values of Club Sagacite.
